It is imperative for effective training programs to understand where your baseline is, and monitor progression.  This is only done through adequate and accurate, sport specific fitness testing.  Having two experts in exercise physiology, Joel Kryczka and Adrian King, as part  of our Pinnacle Institute Team, gives us international calibre consultants on what tests need to be performed for each sport as well as for each individual athlete.  Every athlete that trains with Pinnacle must complete an initial test as well as ongoing monitoring to ensure we are achieving the best results possible. These tests can include aerobic capacity, anaerobic power ( wingate), lactic acid thresholds, strength, power, flexibility, speed, agility, core strength and control , and balance.  This testing can be done for a complete team, or individual athletes, and completed in our facility or at outside facilities. While some other fitness facilities offer testing, the Pinnacle advantage is in the knowledge of our staff who can ensure the tests accurately measure the physiological components of the sport and position each athlete is competing in.  General fitness testing and body composition for the public is also available through our affiliated Mission Fitness facility.
